Mallory Safety and Supply is currently looking for a **Part Time** Inventory Specialist to support one of our customers in Plant City, Florida!

Mallory is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and reliable person to join our growing team of Inventory Specialists. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting one of our biggest customers, a major industrial company. You will oversee the management of inventory as well as a system of vending machines stationed throughout the facility. The vending machines hold PPE and other critical equipment meant to keep people safe at work; therefore, attention to detail, integrity, and a deep appreciation for safety procedures is very important. We are looking for flexible yet dedicated team member who is passionate about safety and meeting customer expectations, and if that sounds like you – let’s talk more!
**This is a part time position with flexible hours. You can expect to work about 4-6 hours a week, but there is also opportunity for full time work or additional part time hours.**
As an Inventory Specialist, here’s how you can make an impact:
Receive incoming product
Transport product to customer site, using your own vehicle – valid Driver’s License required
Replenish PPE and other safety and industrial items in vending machines
Maintain inventory accuracy by following process development and quality standards
Reports and cycle counts to ensure the customer always has stock
Communicate effectively with internal teammates and external customers via phone, email, and in person
Continuous lifting, bending, and walking throughout the shift
Here’s what we’re looking for in an Inventory Specialist:
Valid Driver’s License required with 1-2 years of driving experience and a Motor vehicle report that aligns with our Safe Driver policy
Previous warehouse, merchandising, and/or inventory experience preferred
Ability to lift 20-50 pounds daily
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering results
Creative problem-solving skills
Proficiency with technology and various software, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read and write in English
